Who is this challenge for?

Busy women who want to lose weight, tone up and build healthy habits without spending hours in the gym.

No worries! Workouts can be modified for any fitness level, and you’ll have my support every step of the way.

No! The challenge includes access to gym, home and express versions of the challenge workouts. Express workouts are 20 minutes or less and can be done with dumbbells and bands.

You’ll need a set of dumbbells or resistance bands for home workouts. If you’re going to the gym, I’ll provide gym-friendly options too.

What if I fall behind?

Life happens! If you end up falling behind, reach out to Tina and she will work with you so you succeed! 

Results vary, but most participants lose 5-10 pounds and feel stronger, more energized, and more confident by the end of the 6 weeks.
