Each week, you will fill out a check-in form to give me crucial feedback about how your week went. I will review your check-in form and logs in the app in-detail and provide you an in-depth video check-in analyzing your workouts, biofeedback, and individual nutrition logs so you can really learn in the moment and truly get the most out of this challenge!

No! You get access to BOTH the gym and home versions of the FIT 4 FALL: 6 WEEK CHALLENGE. You can switch between them as you need.

You will also receive my Fit at Home Guide for additional bodyweight/minimal equipment workouts!

With the VIP Coaching option (a one-time fee) You will receive weekly video check-in feedback via Loom from me based off of a weekly check-in form you fill out as well as data I review in your app profile.

Custom nutrition coaching is apart of this. You will be able to log your meals via a photo diary or get as detailed as full on macro-tracking through the built in food tracker. 

I review your logs meal by meal and give personalized recommendations and coaching based off of these.

Sample meal plans and recipes will also be provided to show how your favorite foods can fit into your dietary needs!

You may keep your workouts and have access to the in-app food tracker as well as all of the other app features $10/mo.

Why the charge? The app platform I use requires me to pay a monthly fee per client I have enrolled in the app. This low-cost charge allows me to keep my services and business running while you get to keep using all of the amazing app features!
