My main clientele has been primarily busy women aged 35-55 who are looking to lose some fat, tone up and have overall better health. However, I have worked with a wide range of people aged 13-94 (yes, really!). I am proficient in programming for many goal types, dealing with many injuries, pre and post pregnancy, autoimmune disorders, PCOS and more!

I work WITH you to figure out a fitness routine that works best for you and your needs.
Please just make sure you get cleared by your doctor to start a fitness regimen and provide any modifications or restrictions that you know of.
Keep it simple. Wear appropriate workout clothes and shoes. A water bottle and sweat towel if needed.
That will depend upon your schedule, budget and goals.
Long-term packages (3+ months) start at 2 times per week.
We have individual sessions and 5 packs for purchase for lower frequency rates.
Session length can vary depending on your needs and program.
Most sessions run between 30-60 minutes but are no more than 60 minutes.
In-person coaching is more based around proper form, learning exercises and technique while working towards your goals.
Online coaching tends to work better for those with base level workout knowledge. But can be a great option for those with busy schedules, can’t workout at a gym, want nutrition coaching as well, etc.
Hybrid coaching packages which would be a mixture of in-person and online coaching is available as well. Please inquire about this if interested!
