For years, I trained hard, lifted heavy, and pushed intensity — and I helped clients do the same.

Over time, I noticed a pattern: when stress stayed high, bodies stopped responding. Fat loss stalled. Inflammation and bloating increased. Energy dropped.

My work today is built around a different approach — one that supports the nervous system, lowers overall stress, and helps the body respond again instead of constantly fighting itself.

Why I Coach The Way I Do

I didn’t grow up loving fitness. I found it later — and went all in.

I spent years strength training, experimenting, learning through trial and error, and eventually helping hundreds of women do the same.

That foundation still matters — but my coaching has evolved. Today, I combine strength, Pilates-style training, mobility, yoga, and lifestyle support to create programs that work with your body, not against it.

My mission is to help women feel better in their bodies — not just lighter on the scale.

That means training in a way that supports recovery, lowers stress, reduces inflammation and bloating, and builds strength you can actually sustain in real life.
