I was never the sporty kid—in fact, I avoided gym class whenever I could. But everything changed in high school when I chose a weightlifting class over dodgeball. I fell in love with fitness and, by 16, became a self-taught enthusiast, soaking up knowledge and learning through trial and error.
Over the years, I dropped 25 pounds, built lean muscle, and discovered how empowering it was to feel strong and capable. That transformation inspired me to help others find their own path to health—because I believe everyone can make healthier choices, no matter their starting point or limitations.
I empower women to achieve lasting weight loss, confidence in lifting, and a healthier lifestyle that fits their everyday lives. My approach focuses on how you feel—stronger, more energized, and more confident—rather than just the numbers on a scale. You don’t need to be an athlete or follow extreme measures to see real results. My mission is to help you create a sustainable, balanced approach to health that works for life, no matter your starting point.
I have been an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer since 2016 and have helped 100s of clients reach their goals during that time.
