After we decide on a coaching package, you will get invited to my coaching app via email.
We will set up an onboarding call to set up your plan and ask any questions you may have.
You will also get an onboarding WEEK in the app to familiarize yourself with everything, so when you’re program starts, you can hit the ground running 🏃♀️
Once your program is ready, you will receive a walkthrough video from me so you know exactly what to do.
From there, you will receive regular check-ins from me and have instant messaging access for sharing wins with me and to ask any questions!

Nope! With my coaching, I customize the workouts based on your needs, time, and equipment availability!
In addition to a customized program, all clients also get access to my Fit at Home Guide which includes bodyweight only and minimal equipment workouts that they can use anywhere!
Nutrition coaching will be either full or partial macro tracking OR habit-based/portion control coaching. Whichever option best suits your needs.
Sample meal plans will be provided to show how your favorite foods can fit into your dietary needs.
I provide pre-recorded weekly check-in video feedback through an app called Loom that is sent straight to the app messenger to watch at your convenience!
With any custom coaching package, you get access to 2 1:1 coaching calls with me.
Any months already committed to and paid for will not be refunded.
1:1 Custom Coaching is an individualized agreement, relationship and arrangement. You will sign a contract for your package before you start coaching. Whatever is committed to will be paid for (unless certain circumstances happen noted within the contract).
Generally, after your contract is fulfilled one full calendar month’s notice is required to cancel your coaching.
I teach my clients how to get long-term and sustainable results with their fitness goals.
Because of this, I generally recommend committing to at least 3 months of coaching to see decent results.
It takes time to get into a flow as the client with your routine as well as for me to optimize your program for best results based on your preferences. This can take some trial and error.
However, most of my clients will start seeing results right away. Things like more energy, less stress, better sleep, pounds or inches lost, clothes fitting better, etc!

Absolutely! I tend to attract females, but have trained husband and wife combos, male athletes, powerlifters, bodybuilders, and general population men 25+.
