I partner with Cozy Kitty Café to host playful, low-pressure experiences that bring together movement, creativity, community — and, obviously, cats.
From cat yoga to quirky craft nights, these events are designed to give you something fun to look forward to without needing to be “good” at yoga, Pilates, painting, or anything else.

Unwind, stretch, and try to hold onto your mat while the cats do whatever they want. This beginner-friendly class is relaxed, playful, and designed to feel good — no yoga experience required.
