  • Nutrition guidance (when appropriate)

  • Weekly check-ins with detailed feedback

  • Ongoing adjustments based on real life, stress, energy, and progress

  • Direct support inside the coaching container

Some clients choose to add live sessions for extra support during certain phases — others never need them.

Optional Live Sessions (Add-On Support)

Some clients benefit from live sessions; others don’t need them at all. Live virtual or in-person sessions are optional add-ons for clients who want hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, or extra accountability during specific phases.

These sessions are scheduled intentionally and treated the same as in-person training — because they require focused time, energy, and preparation.

Live sessions are not required to succeed in coaching. If you’re interested in adding virtual or in-person sessions, you can note this in your application.
